Duties Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure products are accessible and visually appealing Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Provide product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales Assist customers with questions, product selections, and store navigation using excellent communication skills Maintain proper cash handling procedures and perform basic retail math to ensure transaction accuracy Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring stock levels meet store standards Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring professional interactions Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling is essential Strong communication skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities are vital for success Basic math skills for retail math calculations and transaction accuracy are required Experience conducting product demos or upselling can help boost sales performance Join us if you're passionate about creating a positive shopping experience!
