Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stocker to join our team and ensure our inventory is organized, well-maintained, and readily available for customers.In this role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.Your proactive approach will help optimize product placement, support sales initiatives, and enhance the overall shopping experience.If you thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy physical activity, and possess excellent organizational skills, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in retail or warehouse operations.Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unpacking products, and placing items in designated areas using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Conduct inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and availability Operate RF scanners to track product movement accurately throughout the warehouse or retail space Assist with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks safely and promptly Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing regular cleaning, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items, answering questions, and supporting retail sales efforts Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Valid certification for operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be offered on-site Strong communication skills in multiple languages are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Bilingual abilities (especially in English and Spanish) are preferred to enhance team collaboration and customer interactions Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate stock levels and product placement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality of work Join us if you're eager to contribute your energy and organizational talents to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
