This is a paid position that offers opportunities for growth within the retail sector.Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of goods.Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and control procedures.Operate RF scanners to track product movement and update inventory records accurately.Stock shelves, produce sections, and backroom areas with a focus on merchandising standards and presentation.Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including labeling, packaging, and organizing products for sale or distribution.Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and sales floor by performing regular cleaning and organization tasks.Support customer service efforts by providing product information, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and techniques for effective stock control.Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus).Proven ability to lift heavy items safely during stocking or unloading activities.Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate stock counts and sales transactions.Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards.Exceptional organizational skills to keep inventory organized and accessible at all times.Customer service skills to assist shoppers courteously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences!
