Job Title:Produce & Grocery Associate Location:Florence, Colorado Type:Full-Time Role Summary As a Produce & Grocery Associate, you are the face of our fresh department.You'll ensure our shelves are stocked, our displays look photo-ready, and our customers find exactly what they need for their dinner tonight.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, has an eye for detail, and loves working with people.Key Responsibilities Freshness First:Monitor produce quality, rotating stock (FIFO) and removing items that don't meet our best-on-shelf standards.Merchandising:Build and maintain attractive displays for fruits, vegetables, and dry grocery goods.Customer Service:Proactively assist customers with questions about ripeness, locations of items, or nutritional info.Inventory Management:Receive deliveries, break down pallets, and organize the backroom to keep the floor running smoothly.Cleanliness:Maintain a safe, sanitized, and organized workspace in both the aisles and the refrigerated storage areas.Skills & Requirements Physical Stamina:Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.The Vibe:Friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude.Efficiency:Ability to work quickly during morning stocking sprints or evening rushes.Availability:Flexible schedule, including weekends/early mornings/evenings .Experience:Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
