Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stocker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our retail or warehouse environment.As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and supporting customer service efforts.Your energy and attention to detail will help create an inviting shopping experience while ensuring products are accurately managed and readily available.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills, gain hands-on experience in inventory management, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of products.Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks, replenishing shelves, and updating inventory records.Assist in stocking produce, grocery items, retail merchandise, and other products with precision and care.Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing items for delivery or storage, verifying shipment accuracy, and documenting transactions.Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and merchandising tasks to uphold store standards and safety protocols.Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or availability and assisting with retail sales when needed.Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure efficient store operations, including cashiering, packaging, and inventory management.Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail environments with familiarity in inventory management systems.Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy and cleanliness standards.Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.Knowledge of grocery store procedures including stocking, merchandising, shipping & receiving, and retail math concepts.Prior experience with inventory control software or warehouse management systems is preferred.Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while building your skills in inventory management, customer engagement, and operational excellence!
