Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help keep inventory flowing smoothly, support sales efforts, and uphold the high standards of our retail space.This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management, customer service, and retail operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Duties Efficiently load, unload, and stock shelves with merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when certified Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels with RF scanners and performing regular stock counts Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or sales floor, ensuring safety standards are met through routine cleaning and maintenance Assist customers with product location, provide friendly customer service, and support retail sales efforts Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing deliveries Use strong communication skills to coordinate with team members on stocking priorities and merchandising plans Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, or forklifts (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse customers and team members Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods; maintain high energy levels during busy hours Join us in creating an inviting shopping environment where every detail counts!
