Pay & Growth Opportunities: Starting Pay: $15/hour Raise Opportunity: Performance-based raises after 6 months Experienced Pay: Higher starting pay available for candidates with 1+ years of liquor store experience or retail stocking experience What You’ll Do: Organize with Precision: Stock, arrange, and rotate merchandise on shelves and in coolers to maintain an appealing and organized store layout. Team Up for Success: Collaborate with teammates to support daily operations, including occasional assistance with opening and closing procedures. Create Eye-Catching Displays: Work with your team to design attractive product displays that showcase our beer, wine, and spirits. Handle Deliveries with Care: Receive and transport stock efficiently, including beer, liquor, and wine, ensuring all products are properly stored and accounted for. Keep It Spotless: Help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and keeping restrooms and windows spotless.
