About the Role The Stockroom Attendant works under the direction of the Purchaser and is responsible for receiving, issuing, and tracking supplies, parts, tools, and materials required to support plant operations.This role ensures accurate inventory records, proper stock levels, and timely distribution of materials to support preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of production and facility equipment.Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Issue supplies, parts, tools, and materials to plant employees in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate inventory records for all stockroom items.Ensure consistent part numbering within the established inventory tracking system.Maintain proper inventory levels based on usage and company guidelines.Perform audits, reconcile discrepancies, and track inventory movement.Purchasing Support Prepare and process requisitions for parts and supplies as directed.Find pricing, verify costs, and assist with accurate accounting of materials purchased or returned.Manage NAV workflow related to parts, requisitions, and inventory transactions.Receiving, Shipping & Distribution Receive, verify, and document incoming materials and supplies.Deliver supplies to departments, plants, or vendors as needed.Ship materials and manage packing slips and related documentation.Clerical & Recordkeeping Process, file, and maintain all paperwork related to stockroom activity.Distribute requisitions and packing slips to appropriate personnel.Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of inventory transactions.Clerical & Recordkeeping Process, file, and maintain all paperwork related to stockroom activity.Distribute requisitions and packing slips to appropriate personnel.Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of inventory transactions.Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary stockroom environment.Comply with all workplace safety rules and company policies.Contribute to plant loss prevention efforts.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Working knowledge of stockroom operations, parts, supplies, and materials.Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with others.Dependable attendance and reliability.Willingness and ability to work shift schedules and weekends as required.Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and climbing stairs or ladders.Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, hairnets, safety glasses, and hearing protection.Tolerance for repetitive motion and fast-paced production environments.Must be able to respond quickly to alarms, or safety hazards.Benefits Medical Dental Vision Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary Life Paid Time Off Holiday Pay $20.15/hour starting Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.15 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Stockroom:1 year (Preferred) Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Quincy, WA 98848 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
