We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations.This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and finished goods while ensuring accurate inventory transactions within an ERP system.The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Receive incoming raw materials, supplies, and finished goods Inspect shipments to verify accuracy, completeness, and condition against packing slips and shipping documents Process and record incoming materials in the system Perform XRF testing on raw materials as required Safely move materials to designated storage areas or production locations Support material handling needs for manufacturing operations Verify part numbers and ensure proper documentation is attached to all materials Issue materials and components to production and complete system transactions accurately Maintain organized and accurate inventory records Package products securely to ensure safe transportation Print and apply labels for proper identification and tracking Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives Break down and dispose of packaging materials such as crates and boxes Coordinate and schedule courier and freight pickups Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience required Experience working with ERP systems (AS400 or similar) required Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Job Type:Full-time Pay:$19.00 - $21.50 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Manufacturing:1 year (Required) Stockroom:1 year (Required) Inventory:1 year (Required) ERP systems:1 year (Required) Basic computer skills:1 year (Required) FXR testing:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
