Aircraft Technology, Inc., (ATI), a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is an FAA/EASA Part 145 Repair Station. ATI supports a wide range of rotary and fixed wing components found on both commercial and military platforms around the world. The Stock and Tool Room Clerk is responsible for the maintenance of the stockroom and oversees the entire tool room and its functions. Receives, stores, and issues material and tools, to production team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Pick and Receive incoming shipments from central Shipping/Receiving Area, verify their contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. Organize merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring proper labeling and categorization. Maintain documents related to parts. Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom to facilitate easy access. Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise as needed. Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers. Report any discrepancies and assist in reconciling inventory records. Pull parts from inventory for work orders. Package and label merchandise for outgoing shipments accurately, following company guidelines for packing and shipping. Pick up and drop parts to local vendors when needed. Work closely with sales associates, managers, and other stockroom personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely merchandise retrieval. Issues tools and equipment to workers and maintains records of tools and equipment issued and returned. Marks and identifies tools and equipment. Coordinate Outside Service. Operate forklift. Assist in creating FedEx, YRC, and other shipping documents. Asist Shipping Department when needed. Performs other duties, as assigned.
