Stone Fabricator (Countertop Industry) Innovative Surfaces is a custom countertop fabricator seeking dependable, hands-on individuals to join our production team.You'll be cross-trained in multiple areas of fabrication, including polishing, building, and machine operation.What You'll Do:Polish & Finish:Smooth and repair stone surfaces (granite, quartz, marble) using hand tools Build:Assemble countertops using saws, routers, adhesives, and shop drawings Machine Operation:Run CNCs, saws, and waterjets to cut and shape stone Quality Checks:Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and finish Teamwork:Collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines What You Bring:Ability to team-lift 100lbs.on a regular basis, and stand for long periods Comfortable using hand tools and reading measurements (to 1/16) Dependable, able to arrive on time daily Be team-oriented, open to learning, and constructive direction Experience with any type of building/craft work, use of hand tools, labor position, etc., is strongly preferred.Why You'll Love It Here:4-day work week:Mon-Thurs (3-day weekends!) 2nd Shift:2:00 PM until 12:30 AM Paid time off Comprehensive Benefits Package Compensation & Benefits:Starting wage $20.00.This is an hourly position, with overtime premium pay after 40 hours/week.Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Bereavement, Volunteer Time off) Health & Welfare Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, 401(k) with company match & voluntary profit sharing.Other:Charitable Donations Match program, Wellness programs, Community & Social programs, employee discounts.Ready to get started?
