Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Stone Countertop Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in countertop or building materials sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers Guide customers through material selection, design options, and project planning Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals Meet and exceed monthly sales goals of $65,000 - $100,000 in closed sales Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain product knowledge on stone types, finishes, and fabrication/installation processes Qualifications Minimum 3 years (preferably more) of experience in stone countertop sales.
