Overview Now hiring a Customer Service Associate for a busy Storage Facility in Prescott, AZ.This is a supportive role to cover the storage manager's days off.You'll need to be able to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays & Sundays.Some additional hours/days available from time to time.In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is professional and solution-oriented Assist customers in finding the best storage solutions, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer accounts using our storage software tools and internal databases Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively resolve customer concerns & leave a great impression Manage cash handling transactions accurately when necessary, adhering to company policies and procedures Sweeping out units, picking up trash and cleaning restrooms Experience Previous storage facility experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Call center experience or customer support roles are a huge plus Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide clear solutions Experience in outbound calling, sales, or client services enhances your ability to succeed in this role Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques is essential for delivering top-tier service Pay:$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
