Here at Storage Corner we help you find your total self storage solution.We pride ourselves on having the best customer service and rental experience in the industry.Here are a few qualities that make up a great Leasing agent:Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current tenants.Ability to close sales in a timely manner through company requirements.Provides potential tenants with information, and tours of facilities and available units.Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.Ensures available and model units are fresh and tidy.Coordinates move-in dates and processes.Prepares move-in materials.Creates, develops, and maintains a wait list as needed.Assists with record keeping, filing, and paperwork as required.Creates, develops, and maintains a list of promotions and discounts.Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract renters.Maintain property and space cleanliness Coordinate with a team to complete on site tasks and goals Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and organized.Proficient in Google Suite or related software.Willing to find solutions for tenants Storage Corner is more than willing to train the right candidate and provide an opportunity path towards a great long lasting career!
