What You'll Do As a Store Associate / Barista, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience: Craft delicious beverages - Prepare coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and smoothies to brand standards. Deliver exceptional service - Greet guests, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations. Create a warm environment - Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized café atmosphere. Support daily operations - Run the register, handle transactions, and manage the flow of the front counter. Showcase our products - Stock displays, ensure pastries look beautiful, and maintain quality presentation. Keep things running smoothly - Restock supplies, report equipment issues, and follow food-safety guidelines.
