In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with their shopping needs, managing sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-organized.Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us build lasting relationships with our customers while supporting daily store operations.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills and grow within a vibrant team environment.Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Assist with merchandising by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining visual appeal Handle cash, process payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment Engage customers in retail sales conversations, offering product recommendations based on their needs Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or task management Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures will help you hit the ground running Previous experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving merchandising, stocking, or customer service is advantageous Please Apply at Yodhabrar980@gmail.com Join us as a Store Associate where your proactive attitude fuels success!
