Store Associate

Job Summary As a Store Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our retail environment, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.Your role will involve engaging with customers, operating the till, stocking shelves, taking inventory, filling propane and general cleaning.What you'll do Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs including filling propane tanks.Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote sales.Assist in stocking shelves.Maintain a clean environment including cleaning retail areas and customer showers.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.Basic qualifications Must be a minimum of 19 years old.Able to lift 40lbs unassisted.Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.Experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an energetic workplace where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.Our culture encourages growth, teamwork, and innovation.Schedule:Full time 32 hours with the possibility 40 as needed.Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.Pay:From $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
