Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing knowledgeable support on products and store services Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks using RF scanners and inventory management systems Support shipping and receiving processes by accurately loading and unloading shipments while maintaining proper documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and produce sections to ensure a safe and inviting environment Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential and enhance customer experience Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions efficiently while demonstrating strong retail math skills Qualifications Previous retail sales or warehouse experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock control Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or unloading activities Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us in creating an engaging shopping environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do!
