Store Clerk/Cashier

Job Title:Store Clerk / Cashier Location:Hastings, NE Pay:$15.00 per hour Shift:Full-time 3rd Shift, including every other weekend Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Clerk / Cashier to join our client's team in Hastings, NE.This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight hours.Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the cash register and accurately ring up purchases Accept payments, handle cash transactions, and provide correct change Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed Change soda syrup BIBs and maintain beverage equipment Clean and maintain store areas including floors, restrooms, and beverage machines Count and track inventory as assigned Assist with unloading and loading product deliveries Perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the location Keep all service and dispensing areas orderly and sanitary Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift Qualifications Strong customer service skills Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as scheduled Basic cash handling and math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits (Upon Hire) We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Lifetime Retirement Benefit Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program And more!
