Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Lead to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and foster a positive shopping environment.As a key leader within our retail team, you will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain efficient store procedures.Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve their best while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic retail setting.Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and engagement Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to optimize product availability and reduce shrinkage Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; handle cashiering duties accurately Coordinate scheduling shifts and manage staffing levels to meet store needs while adhering to budget guidelines Skills Strong leadership with supervisory experience in retail or similar environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficient in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting techniques Skilled in retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping such as bookkeeping and payroll processing Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS technology; experience with merchandising and stock organization Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence and phone etiquette Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously; experience with training & development programs is advantageous Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is beneficial but not required Join us as a Store Lead to inspire your team, elevate the shopping experience for customers, and grow your career within a vibrant retail environment.We value proactive leaders who thrive on teamwork, operational excellence, and delivering results.This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your management expertise while making a positive difference every day.Pay:$13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location:In person.
