The Opportunity This is a chance to run your store like a business. As a Manager at AJL, you'll build and develop your team, grow our loan balance, keep a productive floor moving, and deliver the kind of customer experience that's kept Detroit coming back to us for nearly 50 years. Pawn experience? Not required. We have a training program built for this. What we can't teach is leadership, hustle, and the drive to win. What You'll Own Team development — Recruit, train, schedule, and hold your crew accountable. Your team's growth is your growth. Loan balance growth — The foundation of our business. Smart loan decisions, strong customer relationships, and aggressive work at the counter. Inventory & merchandising — Fine jewelry, electronics, tools, luxury items, and more. Daily operations — Open/close, compliance, reporting, task delegation. Run a tight ship every day.
