We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels.Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales goals, uphold company standards, and create a welcoming shopping environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact within a fast-paced retail setting.Tobacco Shop Experience is a Must Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and employee orientation programs to ensure smooth staffing coverage.Oversee inventory control processes such as purchasing, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, and shrink reduction.Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and efficiency.Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales performance.Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.Smoke Shop Experience Required Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities.Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.Proficiency in retail math, bookkeeping, payroll processing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams through effective supervision and motivation.Experience with POS systems, merchandising techniques, marketing strategies, and store budgeting.Demonstrated leadership qualities including organization skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.Prior assistant manager or shift management experience is preferred to ensure seamless store operations.Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
