At Cabinets To Go, we offer our customers the best selection of cabinets, flooring, bath vanities, countertops, backsplashes, knobs & pulls, closet systems, and installation services-and we need a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, service, and growth. What You'll Do: Lead day-to-day store operations , including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software Oversee product loading and offloading , ensuring efficiency and safety Requirements What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 5+ years in cabinet sales/design or sales + managerial experience in construction/home improvement retail 1-3 years of direct sales management experience preferred Strong skills in inventory control, retail operations, and team leadership
