Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Dollar General, located in St. George, UT. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including leading and supervising the team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. They will also ensure that the store complies with company policies, handles operational tasks, and implements loss prevention measures to maintain a secure and functional store environment. The Store Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive work culture and a strong connection with the local community. Qualifications Strong skills in customer satisfaction and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team effectively Experience in store management and team leadership to drive store operations and meet organizational goals Knowledge and application of retail loss prevention practices to ensure the security of inventory and compliance with company standards Ability to motivate staff, solve problems, and maintain a positive work environment Proficiency in managing inventory, budgeting, and retail operations Relevant prior experience in retail or store management is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is a plus
