Store Manager

Job Title:Store Manager Job Summary:The Store Manager is accountable for the total operation of the store.Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, supervision, buying and merchandising products, scheduling, controlling inventory, complying with relevant regulations and standards.Expectations: Set and achieve the highest standards in retail execution. Model and provide our customers with outstanding customer service. Train and lead an outstanding team in a manner consistent with Consumer Cooperative's vision and standards. Implement and support all company programs. Establish a positive work environment and maintain high team morale. Develop team members to become our future Team Leaders through leading by example, excellent communication and delivering a clear and concise message. Drive team productivity and achieve required labor and margin targets. Maintain a well-stocked and beautifully merchandised store. Uphold and maintain department and store standards. Be an active and positive participant in store leadership. Uphold all Loss Prevention and Safety practices and procedures.REQUIREMENTS: Ability to multi-task, excellent follow-thru and ability to see the big picture. High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Strong knowledge of department financials and labor. Excellent customer service skills and high standards of excellence. Strong ability to merchandise store. Excellent interpersonal skills and motivational skills. Strong organizational, written and verbal skills. Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store.
