Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high levels of customer satisfaction Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and daily financial reconciliations with accuracy Implement effective marketing initiatives and merchandising plans to attract customers and boost sales performance Monitor sales metrics, manage budgets, and develop action plans to meet or exceed store targets Maintain a clean, organized store environment adhering to safety standards while supervising shift schedules and ensuring efficient time management Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster employee development through training & development initiatives Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and retail management tools Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Experience with employee orientation, interviewing candidates, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in bookkeeping and inventory control tasks Knowledge of marketing strategies, merchandising principles, stock replenishment practices, and store safety standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively across shifts while managing time efficiently Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
