Store Manager God's Way Thrift Stores - Milford & Rehoboth Beach, DE Job Summary God's Way Thrift Stores is seeking a strong, Store Manager to oversee daily operations at both our Milford and Rehoboth locations.This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, protecting donation integrity, maintaining financial accuracy, and creating a positive customer and donor experience.The Store Manager ensures both stores run smoothly, teams are led with clarity and accountability, and company standards are upheld consistently.Operating Standard:Faith Led.Excellence Driven.Kingdom Focused.Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations across both locations Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members Assign daily responsibilities and hold staff accountable Ensure store is customer-ready at opening and properly closed each day Oversee donation intake and enforce donation integrity policies Monitor merchandise flow, pricing standards, and floor presentation Maintain inventory control and support price to sell philosophy Monitor POS systems, cash handling, refunds, and deposits Review register reports and ensure financial accuracy Maintain continuous floor recovery and store organization Support positive customer and donor interactions Communicate operational concerns and performance updates to ownership Requirements Proven retail management experience with supervisory responsibility Experience managing multiple teams or locations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and store performance metrics Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Alignment with our company values and leadership standards Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
