Duties Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales floor organization Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process Participate in interviewing and evaluating potential team members to build a strong retail team Help oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Contribute to sales management by promoting products, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives Manage stock levels through inventory control, purchasing, and stocking activities Support shift management by coordinating schedules and ensuring excellent customer service during all hours of operation Assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining organizational records Develop leadership skills through supervising team members and fostering a positive work environment Engage with customers using excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized service Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or supervisory roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated leadership or assistant manager experience is highly valued Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently Experience with merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, and store presentation techniques Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Organizational skills necessary for managing payroll records, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative duties A proactive attitude towards training & development of team members and personal growth in management skills Join us as a Store Manager - In Training and unlock your potential in retail management!
