Store Manager

Max Beauty Supply Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, supervise inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. Your leadership will help create a positive shopping environment, improve sales performance, and maintain efficient store operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations Recruit, interview, and train new employees Develop sales strategies and monitor store performance Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and merchandising Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and basic bookkeeping Train staff in customer service and product knowledge Reduce theft and maintain store security Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety Assist customers with wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products Qualifications Previous retail management experience required Beauty supply experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with POS systems and inventory management software Ability to motivate employees and resolve problems Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) is a plus Honest, organized, and dependable Compensation $22.00 – $28.00 per hour Performance bonuses available Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Bonus opportunities Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts Weekends as needed Day and evening shifts Work Location 7460 S Westmoreland Rd Dallas, TX 75237 How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact Simon for more information.
