Job Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, payroll control, visual presentation, and training and development. Together with the Marketing Team, Buying Team, Office Team and CEO, the Store Manager will develop and execute a strategic vision, with a progressive, customer centric-approach all while delivering on sales and profit objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maximize sales in store by promoting and overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well-trained and developed staff, and shortage control. Ensure all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to company standards. Closely manage store payroll to ensure results are within budget. Build, train and develop bench strength of talent within the store. Communicate with the Group Store Manager the needs and ongoing initiatives within the store. Comply and enforce all Company policies and procedures. Additional duties as assigned. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: The STORE MANAGER will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented leader and business partner who can lead through influence and who possesses professional maturity and industry credibility. QUALIFICATIONS Associate, BS or BA degree or equivalent in management experience Must have proven store management working experience Must possess strong, proactive leadership and decision-making skills Ability to sell, manage and drive growth Excellent customer relationship management skills Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinker Excellent analytical and organizational skills Self-motivated and self-directed to independently move projects forward, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many level Food and Beverage certification a plus Pay: From $58,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off
