Role Description The Store Manager role at Oberweis Dairy is a full-time, on-site position based in Janesville, WI. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, safeguarding assets through retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for inventory, scheduling, and mentoring team members to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests Proven Store Management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team effectively Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets Excellent Communication skills for leading a team and interacting with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational tasks Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Prior experience in retail or food service management is preferred but not required High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
