OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Water Store Manager to lead our water retail operation with enthusiasm and expertise.This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily store activities, and driving sales growth.As a key leader, you will oversee staff, inventory, merchandising, and operational procedures to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and possesses a strong background in retail management, team leadership, and customer engagement.This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike.Duties Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and knowledgeable team Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels Handle cash register operations, POS systems, pricing adjustments, and cash handling procedures accurately Maintain organized records of sales transactions, bookkeeping, inventory control logs, and shift reports Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and health regulations at all times Weekends as needed Qualifications Proven management experience in retail stores or grocery environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail math, sales management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Organizational skills necessary for overseeing store operations including stocking and store layout planning Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred but not required Must be able to lift 40lbs Join us as our Retail Water Store Manager to lead with energy!
