Tandem Enterprises dba Scooter's Coffee Store Manager - Job Description Responsibilities of Manager include, but are not limited to: Leading & Coaching the Team Hold the team accountable Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances Provide feedback and encouragement to employees Answer questions and field team member phone calls as needed Use good judgement to know when to contact Store Owner with emergency situations Paperwork Tasks & Meetings Complete inventory and enter Harvest order in shopping cart each week Complete payroll and submit to payroll provider on a bi-weekly basis. Interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees Check Tandem Enterprises email address daily (during scheduled working hours) and respond to emails from Corporate and Store Owners in a timely fashion Other tasks as assigned by Store Owner at their discretion Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with Store Owner.
