Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team with passion and purpose.In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve goals, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive shopping environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and is eager to make a meaningful impact.Duties Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills.Supervise staff schedules, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.Oversee inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maintain product availability and profitability.Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure excellent service standards are consistently met.Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems, bookkeeping tasks, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching on sales techniques, communication skills, and leadership development.Maintain compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and health standards to create a secure shopping environment.Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on team supervision and sales management.Strong background in inventory control, merchandising, purchasing, and retail math for accurate financial oversight.Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing skills, and leadership roles such as assistant manager or supervisor.Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting is essential.Familiarity with retail sales techniques including wireless sales or grocery products is advantageous.Prior experience in supervising staff across shifts with strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while driving store success!
