Store Manager Overall Job Summary The Manager Trainee is responsible for learning the duties of the Store Manager position and developing the skills required for a Store Manager role. Primary duties include delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building the team, driving sales, managing inventory, managing profit and sales, expense control, reducing and managing shrink.
