Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage all aspects of store performance. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to promote a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service activities. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales. Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks with accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all store functions. Foster excellent customer relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Skills Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate tasks effectively. Proficiency in retail math, sales management, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Skilled in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development to build a cohesive team. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and store budgeting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques. Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus; familiarity with marketing tactics is advantageous.
