Company Details:Chery Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy construction equipment.Chery Group's headquarter is located in Garden City, Long Island, and was established in 2013, with locations in Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Canada (Montreal, Toronto).We are establishing a showroom-based sales center to support brand promotion, local sales growth, and customer experience.This position will serve as the primary sales driver of the showroom, responsible for generating local revenue, supporting social media and online marketing activities, and assisting with exhibition participation.This position is responsible for leading showroom sales operations and developing local market growth strategies.The Store Sales Manager will take full ownership of revenue performance, local marketing initiatives, and coordination with online sales and marketing teams.The role requires both hands-on sales execution and strategic planning for future team expansion.Job Responsibilities Manage daily showroom operations, including product display, cleanliness, and customer reception Take full ownership of showroom revenue targets and monthly performance goals Develop and execute local sales strategies to generate walk-in sales, appointment-based visits, and business partnerships Actively develop local customer base through social media and all kinds of sales channels, like Facebook Marketplace, direct outreach to contractors, small businesses, and distributors.Coordinate with online marketing and social media teams to arrange product demonstrations and content shooting, support live streaming or promotional activities Support company exhibitions and ensure effective follow-up on exhibition-generated leads Recruit, train, and manage additional showroom staff when business volume increases Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, equipment, industrial, or B2B environments Proven ability to independently generate sales and manage revenue targets Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred Strong business development and local market expansion capability Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, local digital marketing, or social media promotion Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong accountability Job Type:Full-time Pay:$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s):What is your desired pay for this position?
