Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Storm Damage Inspector to join our team.In this vital role, you will assess and document storm-related damages to properties ensuring accurate evaluations that support insurance claims, repairs, and safety measures.Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality control by providing critical insight to facilitate efficient restoration efforts.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of storm response operations to make a meaningful impact.Duties Conduct thorough inspections of storm-damaged homes to evaluate the extent of damage Advise homeowners of the options they have in response to the storm damage Document findings with precise reports, photographs, and detailed notes for use in claims processing and repair planning Describe the role of a public adjuster in the event that the damage results in an insurance claim.Upload reports and photos to centralized database for distribution to our repair network partners.Skills Self motivation to succeed and excel in an exciting career field.Excellent customer service skills when dealing with someone who just went through a catastrophe Ability to identify storm created damages (training will be provided) Prior sales experience with a strong emphasis on the ability to close deals is preferred.Ability to stay organized while handling multiple different assignments Training will be provided on damage identification and using the software to upload photos and reports.Join us in this dynamic role where your expertise will directly contribute to restoring safety and stability after storms.We value energetic professionals who are eager to apply their construction inspection skills in a meaningful way while ensuring the highest standards of quality control.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Work Location:In person.
