Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clarksville, TN, for an STR (Short-Term Rental) Operations Manager. The STR Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties, including managing property maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as property owners and service providers. Responsibilities include handling bookings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, creating operational strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. The role also involves maintaining budgets, monitoring financial performance, and overseeing the quality standards of the properties. Qualifications Strong understanding of property management, short-term rental operations, and maintenance processes Proficiency in customer service and relationship management Skills in budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and operational planning Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to short-term rentals Proficiency in using property management software and tools Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role is advantageous
