Role Description The Strategic Healthcare Pilot Lead for Humintrinsics will manage and oversee pilot implementations of InScightful within the healthcare sector. This part-time, remote role requires facilitating client onboarding, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful deployment of projects tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include developing strategies for pilot projects, collecting and analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in project management and pilot implementation within the healthcare industry Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client management skills Knowledge of healthcare systems and familiarity with AI and data-driven decision-making tools Problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities Ability to analyze pilot outcomes and derive actionable insights Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Understanding of Generative AI and its applications is a plus Experience in a start-up or innovative technology environment is advantageous
