Job Description
Partnership Manager Partnerships Manager responsible for sourcing, building, and closing junior debt deals ($100K–$3M) through a network of referral partners in financial services. This role focuses on proactive business development, partnership expansion, and driving revenue through new deal origination, with strong emphasis on financial analysis and relationship management. Success is driven by a hunter mindset, strong industry network, and ability to independently manage and close high-value transactions. 3+ years in sales, business development, or commercial lending (strong preference for finance) Proven ability to self-generate and close deals independently ( "hunter” mentality) Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements and structure deals Established or developing network of referral partners in relevant industries Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a partner-first mindset Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
