A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead site selection, business case development, and supplier strategy for contract manufacturing organizations Drive New Product Introduction and technology transfer activities into external manufacturing and supplier sites Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions supporting External Supply operations Required Qualifications Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments Knowledge of External Supply, contract manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau) Experience with advanced analytics, AI solutions, or predictive statistical modeling
