This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving cross-functional projects that deliver tangible value to our customers Drive follow-ups, execution, and accountability across senior stakeholders Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making Support functions across the New Business Organization, stepping into any vertical or function as needed—no task too small or too complex Act as business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical as the business scales from $5 to $20M in GMV this year in preparation for hiring a full time GM for the business Own core funnel metrics (form submits, CPL, conversion) and overall performance Oversight of a contracted growth marketing team Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into go to market improvements The application process Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
