As a Strategy & Planning Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Change Office, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, or Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to operate at the enterprise level, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape prioritization, investment decisions, and execution outcomes across PNC. This position is a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management team and plays a critical role in enabling enterprise portfolio execution by coordinating portfolio routines, enabling prioritization processes, and ensuring consistent application of strategic traceability across initiatives. The role partners closely with leadership across business, finance and technology teams and strategic planning stakeholders to provide transparency, analysis, and operational support that enable effective portfolio prioritization, decision-making and alignment across all lines of business. The role operates with visibility and influence across senior leadership forums and enterprise governance routines. Job Description Supports strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions. Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives. Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company. Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended strategic solutions.
