Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Striping Technician role based in Meridian, ID. In this position, you will be responsible for executing precise pavement marking and striping projects, including parking lots, roads, and other surfaces. Daily tasks include preparing worksites, operating striping equipment, ensuring accurate application of paint and markings, and adhering to safety protocols. The role may also include assisting in layout designs and maintaining equipment to ensure peak performance. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining striping equipment and tools Ability to read and understand layout plans, measurements, and specifications Experience in following and implementing safety protocols in a work environment Physical stamina for outdoor work that may require heavy lifting and extended periods of physical activity Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable team collaboration skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous experience in pavement marking or related fields is an advantage but not required
