The STRTP Administrator is responsible for the overall operation, management, and compliance of the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program.This role ensures that the program operates in accordance with all applicable regulations set forth by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD), and Continuum of Care Reform (CCR) requirements.The Administrator oversees staff, programming, and services to ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and clinically appropriate care to youth.Licenses & Requirements STRTP Administrator Certification (Active and in good standing) DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance CPR/First Aid certification Valid California driver's license Job Type:Full-time Pay:$38.00 - $48.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
