Our team works closely with clients to overcome obstacles and create timely, practical solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role focuses on delivering high-quality structural analysis and consulting services across a wide range of dynamic projects in the entertainment and temporary structures space.You will play a key role in evaluating structural systems, advising clients, and ensuring designs meet safety, performance, and schedule requirements. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration with tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects including expo's, movie sets, special effects, special events, production studio consultations, our list goes on.Evaluate feasibility and develop efficient engineering solutionsProvide expert guidance to clients and internal teamsManage project timelines and deliverables in a deadline-driven environmentUtilize and support implementation of engineering software tools and workflowsPerform site visits for productions and events.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering (or related field)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in structural engineeringExperience in consulting and advising clients on technical solutionsProven ability to manage projects and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with engineering software and digital workflowsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to perform site visitsPreferred:Professional Engineer (PE) license (or proof of passing the 8 hour NCEES exam) requiredExperience with tools such as AutoCAD, RIA 3D, HILTI ProfisBased in Los Angeles, Orange/Riverside/Ventura Counties.
