Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in our Charlotte office. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of structured finance experience. We are looking for candidates who have strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate has experience representing domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending and structured repurchase transactions involving commercial real estate loans, RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities.
