Requisition 202600157ST Title Student Assistant - Academic Planning & Assessment Employee Class Student Employee College Work Study Position No Department Academic Planning and Assessment Division Division of Academic Affairs Hours Per Week 20 Hiring Rate $9 per hour Preferred Student Classification Sophomore or Junior graduating no earlier than May 2028. Freshman classification may be considered with prior work experience. Nature & Purpose Of Position ▪ Assist staff members with daily operations and tasks in the areas of Academic Planning and Program Development; Program Analytics, and Assessment.▪ Greet and assist visitors, both in person and on the telephone.▪ Restock office supplies and materials.▪ Deliver and pick up items from other campus locations.▪ Assist with the distribution of promotional materials as needed. ▪ Photocopy, fax, and occasional email tasks.▪ Perform other job duties as assigned. Other Requirements For The Position Minimum Requirements ▪ 12-month position with flexibility during winter and spring breaks.▪ Required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.▪ Possess a strong work ethic.▪ Reliable and responsible regarding scheduled work hours and job responsibilities.▪ Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.▪ Proficient in communicating professionally and courteously, both verbally and in writing.▪ Skilled in organization and time management with the ability to efficiently organize, plan, and allot time between different activities and projects in order to meet deadlines.▪ Detail-oriented and capable of completing daily duties and projects with minimum or no supervision.▪ Excellent teamwork abilities.▪ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
