Job Description
Student Clinical Coordinator Medical Health Centers is a leader in medical education, with more than 18 years of experience supporting universities and students in accessing high-quality clinical training opportunities. We partner with accredited universities, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to provide meaningful hands-on clinical experiences that help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. Through our extensive network of clinical sites, we have supported thousands of successful students across a wide range of healthcare environments. We are seeking an organized, professional, and motivated Student Clinical Coordinator to join our growing educational team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between universities, students, hospitals, and clinical partners to ensure smooth coordination of student clinical experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate student clinical placements across hospitals and healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with university and site requirements Process and maintain student documentation, including onboarding materials and compliance records Serve as a primary liaison between students, university representatives, and hospital/clinic administration Support students throughout the clinical placement process by providing guidance, updates, and timely communication Recruit and maintain relationships with clinical sites and preceptors to expand educational opportunities Maintain accurate records of student schedules, rotations, evaluations, and placement information Respond to incoming phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with schedule coordination and operational support for ongoing educational programs Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive student and organizational information Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: Proficiency with Google Workspace required; occasional use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) expected Strong written and verbal English communication skills required Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and ongoing communication in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and external partners Customer service, administrative support, education coordination, healthcare administration, or student advising experience preferred, but not required Experience working with confidential documents and sensitive information preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered What We Offer: Opportunity to work closely with universities, hospitals, and healthcare professionals Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful role contributing to the education and development of future healthcare professionals Professional growth opportunities within healthcare education and administration Schedule, Compensation & Benefits This position may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on candidate experience, availability, and organizational needs.
